"Our room was nice and clean. The furniture and decor were more modern/updated than at other hotels (If that matters. Not too important to us). The front desk staff was friendly both at check in and out, as well as accommodating when we requested an infant bed and extra bedding later in the evening. "Very close to airport. First 2 nights i had the king bed room in the north tower and it was amazing. My flight got cancelled and i had to come back and stay another night. They ony had double beds and they were not as comfortable. I was glad to have a room. Walkable to the airport and very clean, i will stay here next time in wichita!"
"The Drury was wonderful for our family while on vacation! The evening reception was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as well! Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options which was nice with kids. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of room for our kids as well! We will definitely stay at a Drury again in the future!!"
"This hotel was built within an historic structure. The rooms are generous in size, and beautifully appointed. They are arranged around a four-story courtyard with a lounge on the ground floor. The first time we stayed, we were greeted by a jazz duo playing in the bar off the lobby—wonderfully calming music after a hectic day of travel and auto breakdown. An item I left behind was found and put aside for me for our return visit—great customer service!! "
"Another extraordinary stay at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita. We come for business several times a year. We use to pick a new hotel each time, BUT....we are now completely spoiled for the Ambassador! Great people in all positions, the restaurant is really good, and the rooms are simply the best!! We usually request a corner room..just a little more fun and light and energy from downtown! "The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a musty smell and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down but Lisa was great. She came up to the room, adjusted the AC and sprayed the room with a Febreeze type product.
