Great place to be if you have an earlier flights or want to stay in safe zone

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

Very nice hotel,Excellent Wifi and very friendly and helpful staff Especial thanks to Miss May and Mr Sami Reception staff , I’ll definitely come back and recommend all my colleagues . Cheers.

The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

Fabulous hotel in new Cairo! The grounds of the hotel are very secure with security staff onsite doing regular checks so we felt very safe. The staff were delightful and would go out of their way to ensure we had anything we needed especially the navigators who booked our Nile dinner cruise and sorted all travel etc. The pool is amazing and even though there was construction underway during our visit there was minimal noise or disruption. The breakfast was incredible with a wide array of...

We stayed at the Hilton with our 8 years old daughter for about 2 weeks. The hotel and especially the staff couldn’t do anything more to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our room and Rania (Guest Relations manager) was fantastic! She arranged a replacement room and made sure we are comfortable with our daughter. Special thanks also to Eiman from the house keeping team who kept us always looked after. All in all, the hotel amenities and staff service is 5 star!

Clean, quiet , courteous staff , all amenities available

Unbelievable stay at St Regis New Capital. Everyone and everything is at the best standard. I would give it more stars if I could. 100% recommend.

The hotel was fantastic and I had a wonderful stay, sadly I left my mobile charger behind plugged next to the bed. I did realize that in my way to the airport, so I emailed them just one hour after leaving the room asking them to keep it till my return after a week. The didn't bother to reply my email and when I returned they didn't have it although they confirmed that they received my email. A mobile charger is a little thing that has no value compared to the room price tag but it makes you...

Clean, good staff, excellent hotel

2nd time staying there and the room was amazing and everything was perfect. Would stay again for sure

It was just a very short stay till our flight departed. Very comfortable 😊 I would have preferred it if the details stated there was a FREE shuttle to and from the hotel as we had to pay for a taxi when we arrived at the airport. This would help other visitors I am sure.
