The stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly (Finn), the room was nice and clean. I think that I was near the elevators, so I heard that commotion as people started waking up. I won't hold it against the hotel :-). I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, breakfast for $17 person, really good, bar, area for kids to watch TV. Really nice. Plus, a Starbucks right in front. I mean come on - how great!

good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine!
