"Very clean property. Owner-operator onsite daily and actively involved with keeping things running smoothly Pool and hot tub are very well maintained. Breakfast was good. Nice secure location convenient to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby. 5 mins or less to fine dining and Biltmore Estate"

"Overall an excellent experience, room was updated & spotless, staff very friendly and helpful while the breakfast was also very generous with scrambled eggs/sausage patty/waffles/fruit/cereals/yogurt/coffee & juices. This hotel sits on a very steep hill and the driveway approach & departure pattern, with very narrow turns, could cause a problem for any guest towing a trailer of any size. That being said I still gave the property a 5 star rating."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day our room was made up. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and wine was excellent. We enjoyed walking the grounds. The Biltmore house was beautiful as were the gardens. The shuttle to the made our tour much easier. Definitely planning another trip. Definitely recommend the 4th floor tour of the Biltmore house."
