We could not stay there very long, but we loved when we got to the room that they had a fire going. The room was lovely, and it felt very cozy. We got in late and were given a code to get into the room. After reading all the great reviews, we were very disappointed we had to leave before breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast

This was a beautiful bed and breakfast that was perfectly located for our needs. Far enough away from the main sprawl of Chimney rock to not be busy, but close enough that is was less than a 5 minute car ride with stunning views. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful, outgoing, and all around good folks. I highly recommend you book with them. Check them out on facebook for more information!

The proprietors are so welcoming and full of great information about everything local. The rooms are spotless and well equipped. We loved the extra little touches like make-up remover cloths. The breakfast room is available thruout the day for coffee, tea and water/ice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, cooked by Rich from local ingredients. We'll definitey be back!

Nice B&B, good value

We had steady communication about our arrival and stay throughout the day that we were traveling. Our room was ready and spotless with a welcoming fire going. It should be noted that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, but we were accommodated every morning with tray service that we took to our room. Very comfortable bed and seemingly unlimited hot water in the nicely appointed bathroom. Kim & Rich have thought of everything and provide a lovely B & B in a peaceful quiet setting. The outdoor fireplace is cozy with comfortable seating and lighting, there are snacks and coffee/tea available most of the day. Very enjoyable stay!
