Room 107, next to dinning and breakfast room. Very loud in the mornings. You can hear and feel the noise when people dragging chairs and tables at 7:00 am. No ideal if you are booking for resting well.

Overall, this was a good stay and I would stay again. We were placed on the first floor near the dining area, which was noisy during breakfast hours and the hot tub was broken. Plenty of parking spaces, but not very clear on which way to go. Several cars were going in the wrong way, including myself on the first night.

Although our stay was just a night of rest, we found it to be pleasant and accommodating. We didn’t take advantage of the amenities but overall it was nice. The only challenge was navigating the entrance to the property at night. Fortunately, after a small adjustment we arrived. We we recommend this location and stay here again. Safe travels!😊

The rooms and common areas were very clean and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were great. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool could use a bit of maintenance, but was still beautiful and very usable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay.

We loved to stay there. Hotel was really clean and personnel very friendly. Honestly, in door parking was very convenient for raining days. Overall, if we have the opportunity we will love to stay there again.

Ideal location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Open lot and covered free parking available. Hot breakfast buffet with a turkey sausage option every morning. One elevator was out of order. The hotel was very busy, which made for long waits. Carrying luggage and packages up the stairs was not ideal.

I booked this hotel well in advance. After driving five hours to Asheville, I arrived only to be told they had no power and could not honor my reservation. I completely understand that a power outage is beyond the hotel's control. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled. No one called, texted, or emailed me before I arrived, even though a simple notification would have given me the opportunity to make other arrangements. When I arrived, the staff also seemed surprisingly unapologetic and offered no assistance in finding another hotel, despite the difficult position this put their guests in. With hotels often filling up quickly in the Asheville area, especially on short notice, that lack of communication and customer service made an already stressful situation much worse. There was no effort to suggest nearby accommodations, transfer me to another property, or offer any goodwill gesture, such as a voucher or credit for a future stay. After traveling so far, I was simply left to start searching for a room on my own. I understand that power outages are beyond a hotel's control. However, communication, empathy, and helping displaced guests are absolutely within their control. Unfortunately, those were the areas where this experience fell well short of expectations.
