"The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?"

"in our room the phone was not working, the micro wave was missing-the glass plate, one of the coffee machines in breakfast area was not working, on thursday morning the bathroom in the lobby was stopped up,the breakfast left a lot to be desired.pancake machine was out of batter,bacon was so greasy it was not eatable. had to ask for napkins,room was not cleaned when we requested it , not a very good stay"

"Staff at the front desk was very dismissive and made her email that she was composing more important than checking me in. It ended up being the general manager, Brooke Davis of all things. She told me she’d be right with me little did I know I’d be standing there for five minutes and she composed an email. I think we’ve all composed emails before, and if you don’t have time to finish, you save the draft and go back to it later. Very disrespectful to make me stand there and wait until she was...
