Great breakfast included in the room price, and the studio that we stayed in had a great little kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There was also convenient on-site parking, and the location was extremely convenient to everything. There was even a Whole Foods across the street to buy prepared foods.

This hotel was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Staff were always ready to help. Delicious breakfast. Nice outdoor seating area. Very walkable location for downtown.

This stay really made me want to choose TownePlace Suites by Marriott again in the future! The location was great, the room was thoughtfully designed and very convenient, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s a wonderful place for both family trips and business travel. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

I was very impressed with my stay. The staff was amazing. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would love to return and stay here the next time I come back to Asheville.

My wife and her father stayed for an overnight in 2 rooms with our 2 four legged daughters. The property was conveniently located. Very clean and a newer property. Nice areas to take our dogs and doggie bags were furnished outside as well. The fitness center was very good and well above most properties. (I’m picky about fitness facilities) Breakfast was good and very adequate Overall we would come back!

Faith at the front desk is exceptional and we both agree she provided the finest check-in experience we've had to date! The room was exceptional except the bed was too low to the floor. The shower was one of the best we ever had at a hotel but the water pressure in the sink was too low. The TV in the living room did not work but the one in the bedroom did. We highly recommend this hotel. We also wish for Faith to have all the best life has to offer. Bob and Carol from NY.

The hotel was very clean and convenient to where we wanted to be in Asheville. It had an amazing patio, but it unfortunately overlooked a noisy highway. The breakfast was good and we will stay here again.

The property was very clean and well appointed! Lots of space and all the necessities you need for a longer stay. Staff was helpful with how to pull out the sofa, bed and providing linens. However, our bedroom was on the highway side and we could hear traffic all night. Also, the pullout bed in the living area was extremely hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

The property was a lot further from the downtown area than was anticipated. We had to walk a good ways to the downtown area which was not planned. The phone in the room did not function and our first night the TV did not work. The following morning a staff member had to come up and get the TV to work and the phone he could not get to function. This was quite disappointing.
