"From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again."

"The pool and hottub both needed cleaning. The hottub had lots of hair, black stuff floating on top of the white bubbles and the rim of both pool and hottub were filthy. Both days maid came into the room without knocking around 10ish even though I had asked for a late check out on the last day."

"Beautiful well maintained estate and hotel. Many extra activities but all over priced. Great for walks and exploring but all other activities restricted to cost, shame as I would think many would enjoy if they could afford them.
Best activity was the wine tasting that was a big hit!
Restaurants were a little disappointing since they were farm to table, expected much fresher tasting food. Cedric’s was pleasant enough, but Bistro was very disappointing with dry, stale food that did not live up to...

"I had been asleep all day and around 7pm the hotel calls the phone to claim a cleaning lady saw "paraphernalia" in our room and had pictures when we had been asleep since 11am. Plus our dogs had not barked... When first checking in the manager asked us out reason for the stay, I explained buying property waiting for a house to be built. But we were treated badly from the start. Them some for or cleaning man had a PET CAT, not on a leash just following him around inside the hotel and out side.......

"Amazingly quiet with the location being so busy. Check in and were both quick and easy. Support Staff seemed efficient and good at their jobs. Room was clean and smelled fresh like laundry. The bed was a bit too firm for us but otherwise comfortable. Overall great night stay for our overnight visit."
