"Lovely spa, clean as a whistle, comfy beds, great continental breaky and staff were so accomodating!"

"Always an easy stay."

"The room was very big which was nice but it was lacking appropriate furniture like a sitting chair or couch. It was half empty and the balcony had two plastic chairs. For the price and the Crowne I expect better. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Early check in was good as we were attending an event."

"Shops nearby, you can still find lots of good food nearby, and reach them in a short distance. The room was clean, but unfortunately for me, when I arrived, there were a couple of towels and a floor mat in the washing machine not dry and placed."

"Easy check in, booking and clean little room. Good value for it’s money for a quick over night stay"

"Sukses selalu🙏🙏"

"Room was pretty good, best we've stayed in for a pub room. Just more milk wouldve been nicer instead of very little little tub be prepared to buy milk . Had only two water bottles in bar fridge but it's pretty good for one night stay, staff were friendly. We didn't have food this time there but next time we will was cheap menu daily specials etc."

"A lot of silly things that stop this hotel going to the next level. One was the power point being installed upside down close to the bench top which made it impossible to insert my multi outlet phone charger. My phone had to sit in the bathroom which was the only other power point. Also after loading clothes and detergent into a washing machine, reception told me they could not supply coins for the machine. This required crossing busy Parramatta rd and sweet talking the 7 eleven store into...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Could be better when we say to clean up the room and the entrance n reception needs to be clean as it was dusty n dirty. Otherwise eveything was gd"

"Excellent stay, great location and price"

"Cheap and cheerful hotel, self check in/out, amazing location parking onsite close to Olympic park. A bit tired but a beautiful old hotel and clean/comfortable stay. We would visit again."

"The reception and wait staff were very courteous and helpful. The dining room menu and food were exceptionally delightful. Upon departure the concierge was very polite helping us into our vehicle."
