Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Ashland

"❌DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY HOTEL. The room was dirty, found the roll of toilet paper with no paper at all, dirty toilet seat, cracked bath tub, one of the bed sheets soiled, the chair full of dog hair and dirty. The room had a horrible strong cigarette smell. The front desk clerk didn’t let my 2 boys and I use the restroom until we checked in, once he gave us the room key and my son rushed to the room to go to the bathroom he found a naked couple inside the room we were assigned. "The building is run down, very outdated and poor conditions. The front desk woman was very unfriendly when we arrived. We asked for a lower level room because we had a big cooler and they don't have a elevator. Also the drain was clogged in the bathroom and the next morning wasn't working at all. Front desk again wasn't helpful at all."
