"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The room was well appointed, everything was clean, the staff was very nice and it’s in a great location. The building itself is really cool with a lot of character, and the lobby and rooftop bars were both great hangout spots with delicious food and tasty signature cocktails. We would definitely stay there again."

"Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js"

"What an adorable place; so boutique and unique. Mattress was very comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, but wish we were staying a week."

"What a great place to stay! Loved the location and simplicity of the studio for our short stay. We really appreciated how high the shower head was! Oftentimes, my husband has to duck under! I would maybe suggest mentioning the height of the bed. Or making them all the same height. We met an older couple and got to see their studio #2. Their bed was much lower than ours and could have been difficult to get in and out. "

"My opinion is that this is a hotel with great bones. It is structurally really cool, and it is in a great location for walking to Royals or Chiefs games. The staff were very friendly. But, my room was not clean. Stains on the furniture, hair on my pillow. The TV didnt really work well. Overall, I feel like this is a great building being run by management that is cutting corners. They could do better. "

"We went to the NCVF National collegiate volleyball championship. I chose this hotel because it is close to the convention center. I did the research before I booked the hotel and people said there was a free KC street car running around the downtown. When I asked the lady at the front desk and she told said there was no free public transportation around here. I had to uber if I wanted to get to downtown which wasn’t true. I hope the employees who worked at the hotel should be more helpful or...

"The hotel served a great breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable, staff (especially the man overseeing breakfast and the woman who checked us in) was very good, and the location was very close to the free trolley line. They also let us stash our luggage for the day while we explored the city -- our train wasn't leaving until 9 pm -- which was incredibly helpful. The hotel was just up the road from Union Station and WWI war memorial -- so convenient. Great place to stay!"

"Breakfast was good. Would have preferred bacon everyday. Grandson wanted waffles. Pool was cold and needed cleaned. Breakfast staff was awesome"

"The parking was really easy and free! It was very easy to communicate with our hosts and they responded to everything we needed. It was a comfortable room and quiet. I wish our room hadn't been right outside the coffee making machine but it ended up that there was plenty of privacy. The location was perfect. "

"I stayed here two nights and it was super comfortable. I lived in a provided bathrobe basically the entire time I was on the property. It’s definitely quiet and for quiet guests as it’s an older property. I really enjoyed the charm and especially the proximity to the Nelson Atkins museum. My room had an adorable wood burning fireplace that is available for guest use but I opted for the radiator space heater that was in the closet. "Had a weekend stay as my sorority sister got married here in their event space! The hotel was very clean and we had a very comfortable sleep! Only thing that we didn't care for was the restaurant options in the hotel, the bar was amazing however the food was not! So, if you plan to have a comfy stay I highly recommend, but you will need to travel to find good food! "
