"I stayed for about 4 nights and the staff was amazing. I was able to check in early the front desk let me know all about the bar & breakfast options. Parking was easy & poolside was clean. However upon arrival the sheets did have a black & red stain on them. But in the hotel’s defense I did ask to check in almost 4 hours early so they didn’t have time to double check the room like they normally would. Housekeeping came in literally two minutes the young lady changed the sheets & I had no other...

"Allison at the front desk was so professional and friendly, and she helped us so much by making sure we were comfortable. We were in Phoenix for appointments at Mayo Clinic, and will be returning in a few weeks for surgery, and will definitely be staying here again. Ellen at Breakfast was great, too.
