"Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...

"2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!"
