"Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata.

"The Istaravshan Apartments were in an excellent location in the centre of the Tashkent City Park area and close to a Metro Station. There are Restaurants, Cafe's and shops in the vicinity of the Apartments and they are very close to the Tashkent City Park with its nightly Water Feature Shows.
