"I was asked to pay extra for early check-in which was fair, the front desk gave me a lecture on no smelly food allowed etc, then they put me on a musty mold smelling room although I paid for a premium room. Had to wait for another hour and a half to get the room swapped out. Even that room is a run down room than what was shown on the picture. Take the pictures with a fine grain of salt. Breakfast was enjoyable, the front door staff were pleasant. Aside from that, you can find better hotel...

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though.

"Had a satisfactory stay. Check in process was simple and was provided parking. Our attending host Opalyn was very helpful and attended to all our needs through our whole stay. Location is decent, it is right in front of mines view park and Good Sheppard."

"The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights."

"The cost was very reasonable and I was treated very professionally, no complaints"
