"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!"

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
