"All sheets on the bed were heavily stained. When we asked housekeeper for new sheets she gave us some but they were all heavily stained as well. We got housekeeping once and although they made the bed and cleaned everywhere else, all the bed sheets were still heavily stained."

Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal.
