"Friendly welcome and everything explained in detail. Shown to room and offered help with baggage. Explained how everything works in the room.
Allocated parking space, which is the same number as room number. Bottle of wine on arrival, was a lovely touch.
Room was fresh and clean. Lots of storage in the bedroom, and lovely shower. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again."

"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the building itself is beautiful, immaculate gardens with lots of seating areas. Our room was spotless with wonderful views of the castle. Breakfast was varied and delicious- all the staff were fantastic- so friendly & helpful with any questions. The town of Arco is stunning with mountains, rock faces and beautiful river running through - a wonderful town to visit "
