"The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances. Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options."

"Great Mid Town location, our suite was opposite the Empire State Tower. Used the Club Access every day which was a HUGE bonus for our experience. The GYM was 10/10 modern and Cool. Had a dodgy Dinner one night with our sides being forgotten, but ate out or in the club at other times. Staff were great especially in the Club and the downstairs team. Would definitely visit again"

"The dining option were disappointing…The Japanese restaurant wasn’t open yet and the 66 Rooftop bar was closed over the weekend including Monday. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well. The rest of the hotel was fabulous!"

"The air conditioning only goes down to 68 degrees. As someone who gets hot when they sleep this made my sleep very uncomfortable."

We absolutely love this hotel, great location, helpful and courteous staff, great ambience, good sized room, and that fabulous view of the Empire State Building from the rooftop bar!! When we return to NYC this will be where we be staying."

"This hotel was expensive, but the room size for family was the best I have had so far, unfortunatley they said they are renovating to decease size which is the only reason I chose this place ultimately. The staff care and treatment across the board from door to room service was the best we have had in NY other than the Hyatt. I would stay again same room size same price or lower if needed. I am most impressed with staff and size of room. The staff needs recongized for that it was just beyond...

"We will never stay at this hotel again! We stayed Saturday thru Wednesday and for all five days only two people smiled or greeted us. There was only one person at the front desk that was very nice to us and it was a young man with glasses. The same young lady either chose to ignore me if I was next in line or pretended they didn’t see me and again helped the person behind me. Three different women worked the shuttle desk and acted as if we’re bothering them. The hostess at the hotel...

"The coffee bar was not open that we could find. The beautiful woman that check us in was super helpful and sweet! Rooms are very small - and the view was not great …… sort of in fine print."
