"My flight landed early and we arrived several Hours before check in. I had emailed the property the night before asking for early check-in. They said that I would likely be able to get in at 12 or 12:30. They advised that I should sign up for their rewards program, which I did. When we landed in the morning, I called and spoke to someone. She said I would be able to check in early…probably around 12 or 12:30. When I arrived, there were 3 people “working” at the desk. They had no Interest in getting me in early. I advised that I emailed and called and they said that check in isn’t until 3. I begged for mercy and they took my number and said they would call me when a room was clean. I sat in th car in the parking lot for hours. At 2:00 still no call. I saw people going in and coming out to get their suitcases from the car….multiple People. So, I went in and asked if there was something available and they rolled their eyes and gave me a room. They were very rude. I know that this was just a holiday inn but hospitality is a NOT their strength. I was only there for one night. The next hotel let me check in at 10. Big difference. Very accommodating. "

"The stay was just okay overall, but there were some issues that shouldn’t have happened. When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning. On top of that, my son was really looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed by the manager because some kids weren’t following the rules. I understand enforcing policies, but it was disappointing that all guests were affected instead of just addressing those causing the problem. Overall, it left us with a less-than-great experience."
