Very clean with friendly staff. Convenient to Blue Spring park which was the reason for staying. Only 10 minutes from park. Breakfast choices are OK but nothing too exiting. Excellent coffee to start the day. The only stain was the wait for staff member to occupy both toasters while making breakfast for other 4 members of the staff and me as a guest had to wait while she was putting around. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Especially if you are trying to have a breakfast and get on the road. But hotel itself is definitely 5 stars

3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. The room was spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits & gravy. Pastries, cereal and fruit was also available which was great as there were many soccer teams staying there for a tournament. For the price, this is an EXCELLENT hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very clean accommodations which is close to many restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
