"The staff was very welcoming. It was clear they put effort into enabling a nice stay (e.g. comfortable bedding, convenient outlets, bottles of water, coffee, books, etc.). Only small oddity was toilet for private room was shared with bar until 10 PM, but didn’t end up being issue for us. "

A bit hard to find at first (a single door at the end of a parking lot), but once you find your way it is a great little place for relaxation and Onsen baths. "熱海駅からタラタラ歩いて15分くらい。散策がてら歩くのには良い！利用が初めてでチェックインの顔認証が大変だったが、女性スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれ、ことなきを得た。施設の作りは簡素だが清潔に保たれておりシャワーが男女各1ヶ所、トイレが各2ヶ所と少なかったが問題なかった。ドミトリーだったか、この日の宿泊者のマナーも良く夜は静かに寝ることができた！ただ、エクスベデアの紹介ではタオルありとなっていたが有料だったので訂正願いたい。でもGWで３，０００円もしなかったので文句なし！次回も機会があったら利用したい。"
