"Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! The only thing that I would say is definitely keep in mind that it isn’t a all inclusive and the only thing that surprised me, but wasn’t too bad, was that there was no microwave in the room or in a common area so we had to pay to have one sent to the room and it was a fee for everyday we kept it. I would definitely recommend this place for couples but also families because it was very family friendly!"

"Room was extremely small. Lots of street noise until after 2:30 AM T/V reception was terrible. Within walking distance to Astros Ballpark. No onsite parking. 2 day stay with no maid service. Hotel staff not knowledgeable about streets in the area."

"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."
