"The receptionist (male) is rude and paranoid. I called the police on him because he refused to give me a receipt and he was harassing me from the time I checked in. He was psychologically harassing me and was threatening to kick me out because he did not likely question about the neighborhood if it's safe or not. I was appalled and traumatized by his attitude. I filed a police report for harassment and refusal to issue a receipt. Racist and inhospitable service. Will not recommend to anyone....

"The hotel was close to the center, but in a very bad area. Not really safe to walk at night. Anyway, I think they hosted refugees which always were sitting on the stairs or entrance. Children screaming into the late hours. They put me in the wrong room, in a mixed instead of female only. Luckily only the last night male guests arrived. Wouldn't book again"
