"Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. The sheet you laid was not tucked in so it slid around and got bundled up during the night. Annoying. Hotel’s valet parking is expensive so we used the Courthouse Garage...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn at the Harbor in Oxon Hill. Breakfast was enjoyable. The atmosphere was a whole vibe. And they validate parking in the garage which is The staff, especially Tish, was so nice and pleasant. We recommend this place and will stay again. Also, we door dashed last night from Cadillac Ranch which is across the street. We are good, relaxed, and had a good Ole time."

"We come to Alexandria every month for two weeks. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Metro is just minutes away and location is right on the bus line. Love that there is a kitchen in the rooms with a full fridge. We do a lot of cooking! Hotel is just a quarter of a mile from a great dog park and our little dog loves going there.
