Lovely apartment. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Well located. Less than 10 min walk from metro. 20 min walk to Acropolis area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would like to have had more information about recycling - either being able to do at the apartment or information on nearby street facilities.

When we got to Athens we contacted the host and he met us at the property. He was very warm and welcoming. The place was as described. Clean and neat. There was 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room. We were with a big group who all booked nice hotels. They complained about several things. Room too small. Very noisy. We had the complete opposite plenty of room. The street was quiet and very safe. Close to the city center. Would completely stay again. 5 stars for it all.

Good space with living room/second bedroom. Sofa bed comfortable. Management helpful when needed things, came quickly. Shower ok, but missing part of door, so water not contained in shower. Solar heating is used to heat the water tank, with the ability to turn on tank heater to heat water if not enough. We found it was not enough for 3 showers, so make sure to plan ahead if you want more than one shower. Toilet very high – tricky for short people! Shower was ok – one of the sliding doors was missing so water went all over the bathroom. Overall, good. Location great - did hear the hourly bells mentioned in another comment which were mildly annoying.

Amazing location, nice comfortable flat, kind and responsive property manager. Checking in could be easier, but overall it was a perfect spot for staying in Athens.

My only quibble with description is that there’s no city view. The balcony is very narrow and it looks out over a street between buildings. and, there are people walking and talking until the wee hours, (4 am) of the morning. Truly, this is an apartment with all that comes with it in a city;neighbors dog that yapped a lot as well. Very convenient to the Acropolis. Apartment is spacious and lovely. Dimitri was very helpful in arranging reliable transport . My travel partner was sick, so Dmitri helped make up the living sofa bed so we could have separate sleeping areas.

A great place to stay and walk to anything you want to see, or quickly catch a bus and go to the beach. A great coffee shop at street level for a quick cup before heading out. Shops, food, music all around. Super easy to locate with the historic church nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this location. Our host was very helpful and always accessible. We really appreciated the personal nature of our host. The space was very clean and comfortable. And the location turned out to be fantastic. Granted, there was no view of anything, but we were centrally located and easily walked to every attraction, lots of great food, and easy transportation. We would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it. Thanks Dimitris.

This property was located on a quiet street and was the perfect location for walking to all the local major attractions. Unit very large and has everything you would need for a stay. Muy bien situado, en el centro y fácilmente accesible en metro o andando de los lugares típicos de visitar. Sala un poco pequeña, y cocina pequeña, pero habitaciones muy espaciosas. Appartement bien équipé et situé a une dizaine de minutrs de marche de Plaka. Quartier silencieux la nuit et vivant le jour. Attention cependant, les photos de l'annonce representent plusieurs appartements, vous ne pouvez donc pas savoir lequel vous aurez. Hote arrangeant et tres sympathique.

Demetrius was friendly. The apartment was clean and had plenty of toilet paper, cooking supplies (pots/pans, dishes, silverware), and an electric tea kettle and coffee maker with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. There was a salt & pepper shaker but no pepper just salt available. The heater in the bedroom wasn’t working according to Demetrius so the bedroom was between 52-55 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there. Fortunately I like to sleep in a cold bedroom. The sheets and comforter were comfortable but the bed was too hard for my liking but that is just a personal preference not necessarily a downside. I was there 5 days and the apartment was cleaned once during that time. Again, fine for me alone but maybe not often enough for a family. The location is within walking distance of the Acropolis.

A place to sleep, walk to Parthenon

It’s a place to sleep within walking distance (20 minutes or so) from the Parthenon. There are many different units pictured for this complex, and I think the experience varies according to which one you are in. We had the 2 bedroom city view, which was functional, nothing very great and really nowhere to spend time in the unit unless sleeping. No real common area, the view was the wall of the building next door or the fire escape. Also no ‘check-in’ area, so we had to meet the manager for the key, relying on messages through hotels.com. When arriving to an unfamiliar area at night in a busy city, it wasn’t the ideal experience. Next time I’ll opt for a place with more of a front desk presence, just to remove some travel stress.

Great location, very clean and lovely apartment full of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. The only minor issue is that the owner didn’t communicate with us about how to check in the apartment, we couldn’t get his response from the Expedia message, but had to make an expensive international call to get him to open the door when we arrived. He was very nice showing us around the apartment.
