"The staff is fantastic. They communicated with us before our arrival, asked what we needed and wanted, organized for us the airport shuttle and then trfansportation to the see port. The breakfast and dinner were good. The tables are with the Acropolis view. The location is perfect. The only problem - the hotel is under construction, it's a bit noisy, that's why we rated it 4 stars."

"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed. "I have stayed here too many times. This stay was not in high season & I found the cleaning staff lacking in time, motivation & knowledge. I can't come to a non serviced room after being out for 7 hours only to be told that people checking out had priority. What? Also most days the internet was weak or non existent. The TV played 1 channel, ERT1. While the channels exist, they need internet to work & being told to go to the roof for better signal was not a good option. The location is fine if...

"Room was extremely small especially since I was booking for 3 people. The room had bad ventilation/smell and horrible lighting. Most of the staff was pretty helpful, but there were times when the staff’s demeanor was off putting. Specifically around room upgrades and mini bar information. The hotel was in a great location near many restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk around and enjoy the city."

"I wouldn't call it an apartment, there was no kitchenette. However the room was of a nice size for a hotel, very clean. I liked the quality of the bed, - not too soft, not too hard, - and the big, soft towels. Excellent, helpful communication with the staff and the location hard to beat, in the very center.
