La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata e si presenta in uno stile moderno ben funzionale e accogliente. Il monolocale all'ultimo piano è una chicca con la cucina per cucinare tutto veramente comodo. Posizionato in un quartiere un pochino degradato ma comunque abbastanza sicuro e soprattutto a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana

This was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Shout out to Suela who goes beyond to make your room just how you like it! We stayed here for almost two weeks. Very ideal for cooking your own meals, doing laundry and a comfy place to unwind. I notice people complain about the location, sure you’re not in the tourist district by the acropolis, but after two weeks coming and going there wasn’t anything to fear. Every major city has the same issues, be mindful and use common sense and you’re fine. Stick to “city centre” routes. The coffee shop next door has great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice that’s so good. This location was idea to explore all “top 10” aspects of Athens. Nothing was more than a 30 minute walk. We would stay again.

Everything was very clean,comfortable and well maintained as other reviewers have stated. Roof terrace a bonus and great reception and housekeeping staff. Kitchen equipped with hob, sandwich toaster, kettle, microwave and nespresso machine. Plates, glasses etc, provided. Others have mentioned the area but no problems encountered, people are doing their own thing. Close to station and walking distance to some attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. The staff really stood out. everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The amenities were great and added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the metro station, and has a laundry room, which is perfect for travelers staying multiple days. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future

I had a magnificent stay at Ermass Modern Living and would gladly recommend it to others. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. Thanos was very kind, and a special thank you goes to Peter, who was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. His attitude truly made a difference and made me feel well taken care of. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. It felt new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and it offered excellent value for money. While there isn’t much of a view, that wasn’t an issue at all given the overall quality and comfort. Cleanliness was outstanding. The bed and bedding were spotless and very comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. The refrigerator was a good size, the coffee machine made genuinely good coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a smart TV — something that is not even guaranteed in many 4-star hotels in Norway that cost 3 to 4 times more. If I were to mention a couple of small suggestions: I personally prefer bottled water, as I’m not a fan of tap water in Greece. There is a beautiful glass bottle of water in the fridge, but it is filled with tap water, so having bottled water available would be appreciated. Also, a small tip would be to add mosquito traps in the rooms, as that would make the stay even more comfortable. And for those worried about the “part of town”. If you don’t bother no one, no one will bother you;) Overall, this was excellent

Room was very modern with so much space. We really enjoyed our stay. Close walk to all main attractions. Surrounding area could be a bit unsettling at times so chose to stick to main streets. Would stay here again.
