Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle. Accueil et suivi impeccable. L’hôtel possède un resto bar qui peut être parfois un peu bruyant. Le déjeuner est servi seulement à partir de 8h.
Great location. Walking distance to a few major attractions! Staff friendly and helpful. Nice quick breakfast. Strong ACs (this is a must!). Laundry made things easier too!

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
I don’t know where to start. The room was hot and took an hour to cool. I expected small but the halls were so loud and the walls paper thin. I don’t usually complain but guests were stomping and yelling in the halls, jumping on beds connected to my room banging after midnight. I checked out after one night of a five night stay. They keep emailing me welcoming me and hoping me stay was great. I texted, emailed and told the front desk it was horrible but they ignored that and kept emailing me welcoming me. Communication was non existent after check in. What a joke. I move to a new hotel and it was spacious with a real tv not a 10” monitor and sound proof rooms. Do not stay here unless you love noisy nights and days.

Great location!Due to location, nights are quite loud(first floor of the building is full of bars), not a good choice if you are a light sleeper. Our room was really small, it’s a good choice if you will stay just one or two nights.
Scammed for booking taxi to the airport from the hotel. Booked big taxi and confirmed several times for the same at the front desk but got 2 small taxis instead and was forced to pay double amount. Very disappointed with the booking experience.
Great location!
Easily walkable to main attractions and subway. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus!
They were able to hold our luggage until it was time to leave which was very convenient.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Room was quite small but it had everything we needed.
I especially liked the proximity to all of the fun around Acropolis, the souvenirs and the little shops and the restaurants. The place is not the biggest, but it is enough for 2 to three people. Complimentary, your wine and the waters definitely worth it. Thank you to the hosts!
I paid for what was advertised as a high-quality hotel, but the room I received was far below my reasonable expectations. That is the reason I checked out after two nights.
The photographs shown online did not accurately represent the actual accommodations we received.
If you’re exploring Athens Studios for a housing option, expect youth hostel accommodations in a great location of Athens. There are no amenities, but the room is clean, safe and accessible. The rooms are small, but offer in suite bathrooms which is a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, but do expect basic, unsavory options that will help you start your day. From a value perspective, I was disappointed. New York City prices for a youth hostel is no steal.
Great location. Super great balcony on top floor. Check-in person arranged for a 6am ride to airport for two days later. Ride was there right on time. All kind of sidewalk cafes nearby. About 5 minute walk to acropolis museum.
I would highly recommend Athens Studios if you're traveling with family. The room was very comfortable and worked for me and my two young adult daughters. We had a queen bed with a twin loft above the queen in the bedroom. (Think IKEA-style bed loft) A smal living room had two chairs that looked like they could pull out into twin sofabeds. There was a small kitchen area with a fridge and counter. Another counter heldo a hot water kettle, coffee and tea stationm and also served as a makeup/hair drying area. There is a hair dryer provided. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The only slight negative was that we had some ants along the livingroom wall but that did not put us off. We just moved luggage off the floor and into the bedroom. We didn't see them again. Breakfast was also provided - it was a nice way to grab a quick bite for the day - yogurt bar, breads, eggs, coffee, cereal.
The location is perfect. Right by the Acropolis Museum and one of the main walking routes to the rest of the city. There is also a great restaurant across the street. Having also stayed above Plaka at the end of our trip, I would 100% return here next time I come to Athens. It's quiet. Yes, touristy but it also feels safe and very lively because of that.
Great location! Minimal accommodations but perfect for base location. Met all our needs and provided breakfast (included in room). Would gladly stay there again!
Rooms were simple (beds, bathroom, chair, hooks and cubbies to put items, bench by door, vanity area outside bathroom), somewhat small, but clean and comfortable with good AC. Key pad to enter room, was a bit long but worked well. Did have to basically slam door to get it to lock, but it works.
Breakfast was simple but good. Options were basically yogurt and toppings, hard boiled eggs, different bread/bakery items, fruit, scrambled egg bowl or scrambled egg bowl with sausage links, cereal, coffee, and juices.
Note, very small elevator available.
The location was great for dining and site seeing. Breakfast was great and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was extremely small and parking is extremely limited. Taxi had to block traffic to pick us up and drop us off. Overall we had a good experience.
The apartment is in a perfect location and was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was also excellent—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the listing should provide more detailed information regarding access to the apartment. While there is an elevator, guests still need to carry their luggage up an additional flight of stairs after exiting the elevator. The issue is not the stairs themselves, but managing heavy luggage. A clearer description of this would help guests better prepare, especially those traveling with multiple suitcases or mobility concerns.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property.
This should be listed as a hostel/youth accommodation and not a 4 star hotel.
It was clean and reasonable priced but expectations, due to the pictures, were not met at all. My bad for not doing more research before hand.
We got 4 rooms for our party of 10. The rooms were tight and TVs didn't work in any of the rooms. But that’s not a big deal for us. Breakfast was good. Location was great.
Most travelers look for 3 basic things during their stay - Functional WiFi, clean room, and reasonable shower. This hotel failed us on all three fronts. It started with our airport transfer being late by over 30 mins, we didn’t have WiFi for all 3 days of our stay. We spoke to 3 different people at the reception but they all said they can’t do anything nor change our room. We spoke to other guests during breakfast and they all had similar experience. We have medical equipment that relies on WiFi for tracking and we had to pay international roaming to keep them active. The shower was 4 square tiles with a plastic curtain that stuck to your body while you showered. The housekeeping left their vaseline in our room, which I don’t even want to imagine what they were doing with it in our room. I have visited 65+ countries and stayed in a few hotels but this one would definitely make my top 2 worst hotels ever. I usually don’t leave a negative review because good folks have bad days but this was our continued experience over 3 days. Hope to alert fellow travelers on setting expectations.
