We enjoyed our stay in Athens. This was the first time we have visited Greece. The streets are very narrow so plan to walk and watch out for vehicles. The apartment was just as advertised. We had an easy entrance and exit and the apartment was very clean.

Ideally located for the city centre via a walk through the beautiful National Gardens. A lovely quiet apartment away from the hustle and bustle of the city with lots to see and do near by.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Had all modern conveniences and offered lots of room for our family. Nice eateries within walking distance and short drive to Acropolis, Plaka, and Syntagma square, Likavitos, and original Olympic stadium. If you are driving, parking can be a bit of a challenge, but we always found parking verg near apartment. Streets are charming with a San Francisco feel to them and street provided nice view of Likavitos lookout.

Absolutely stunning apartment, great friendly and helpful host.. best i have stayed at so far ! I would definately 100% recommend ! Everything was perfect. Aircon, security, safe, has everything you will need.. called for assistance they sent someone within 2 hours to sort even though i managed to turn off. 5* thankyou for a wonderful stay ! The only thing i would say is use uber if staying in Athens parking is an absolute nightmare.. the hire car got hit, had an arguement with a local over a spot i found..

Excellent séjour dans un quartier calme et central

Excellent séjour ! L'appartement était très propre, comme neuf, totalement rénové récemment. L'immeuble est très calme et le rue également car il y a très peu de circulation dans ce quartier plutôt résidentiel. Il y a des commerces à proximité et plusieurs restaurants, notamment sur une place arborée très agréable par forte chaleur. La station Evangelismus de la ligne 3 (aéroport) est à 10mn à pieds et le parc du jardin botanique à 5 mn. Le quartier est vraiment très bien situé et très agréable pour sortir de la cohue des touristes.

Property is in a great location far enough away from the tourist areas, but still within walking distance of all the same tourist areas. Plenty of meal options nearby. Only issue was bedding had a slight mildew smell. Overall would definitely stay again.

Die frisch renovierte Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße ca. 10 Minuten von der Metrostation ‚Evangelismos‘ entfernt und ist auch für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem per Metro zu erreichen. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale. Der Verwalter war während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar und sehr, sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Un buen apartamento. Perfecto para 4 paxx. Tiene todo lo necesario. Limpio. Un poco alejado del centro. Pero andando en unos 20 minutos se puede llegar sin problema. Un taxi tampoco es caro por unos 10€

Combined work / leisure trip

A definite recommendation for a stay in Athens! I was partly over for work and partly for leisure and for both things it worked out great. Wifi connection was perfect so the work part was covered straight away. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro-station and from there it only takes a couple of minutes to the centre of the city. That Metro-station is also on the line which connects you directly to the Airport. It is located in a residential area with lots of eateries and bars around, mostly visited by locals. In the area there are also quite some groceries where you can stock up for in the apartment. Regarding the apartment, it looked pretty new and was furbished with everything you could need, even for an extended stay. Very well equiped kitchen with for example also an oven, microwave, toaster and all utensils you can think of. The place comes with a washing machine so if you want to do your laundry you are good to go. The living room has a big couch which can also be used as a second bed. Last couple of days I had my brother over and he slept on the couch; a spare set of pillows and blankets can be found in one of the closets. The living room opens up to a pretty big balcony. A big thanks to my hostess Lydia who works for MGV (My Greek Vacation, the operator who rents this out). She reached out to me a week before my visit just after I had booked the place. Every question I had was answered promptly and she can recommend you nice eateries in the area.

Das Appartment war frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und entgegenkommend und hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Schlüsselsafe war problemlos und hat gut funktioniert. Das Appartment lag in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars, relativ zentral, so dass wir alles zu Fuß machen konnten. Betten waren auch sehr gut. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen, doch vorzugsweise eher an Leute, die nicht den Anspruch haben, selber zu kochen, denn dafür bot die Kochnische nicht genug Platz und war auch nicht umfangreich genug ausgestattet. Für den Sommer wären Balkonmöbel noch eine schöne Ergänzung.
