To be honest they have Good position,every thing is clean....good breakfast... But the personal there is really rude ( expext a young guy i met uppon arrival ) I booked the hotel for a day use ( as i was in travel all the night and my child was sick ) so i spoke with them the possibility of early checkin early checkout and they risponde that they check in always at 14:00 BUT if they have the possibility they will do .... the problem in my case was that i arrived early morning07:30 and i saw many ppl that checked out and they told me that they need time to cleanup the room but at the end they gave me the room at 13:15 and i checked out at 17:00. I understand the policy of hotels but my problem was how they risponce and they was not willing to help ...even the restaurant personal was rude at the morning ....everybody they seems not willing to work or they are doing a favore for the guests ...expext that fake smile that they used to do ....

This place was good for one night. There was easy access to the metro and lots of dining options available—excellent air con in the room which was appreciated. Cons- there were a few ants in the bathroom when we arrived, but when we woke up, several were all over the room. You can hear everything; people in the hall sound like they are in your room.

It’s a nice little studio apartments with cute balconies and huge windows. I absolutely loved waking up to Greek sunshine and just enjoying a drink on the balcony.

The reservation staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but able to accommodate a family of five. The rooms have all the basic needs. Acrópolis is within walking distance of hotel.

Flott og nytt hotel ved strand.
Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet ved strand. Omgivelser er rolig og avslappende. Velsmakende og variert frokost. Personal er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde rom mot fantasier havutsikt, stiller og romslig, sengen er komfortabel å sove i. Kommer gjerne tilbake om vi har anledning. Varm anbefaling fra oss. Lite minus er det kommer mye vann ut på badets gulvet når vi dusje, fordi dusjen har ingen dør.

Perfekt läge nära Akropolis och metron. Stor rymlig ”lägenhet”. Välstädad. Sköna sängar. Hördes inget från grannlägenheterna. Bra utrustat kök. Trevlig personal. Fick två halvflaskor vin vid incheckning. Tyvärr var det lite glest i balkongdörren så det sipprade in rätt mycket ljud på kvällen/natten. Rören i badrummet satt lite löst.

Really interesting place to stay. Large room, great ac, bed was comfortable. Im not a big fan of open, no door showers, but it worked. Smallest elevator ever. But they stored our luggage when we arrived super early. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka. Felt safe. Only issue is the sports bar can get loud late at night if a good football match is on.

The room is more like that of a hostel. No toilet paper when we got there. Beds partially made. No phone in room so you had to go downstairs if you had to speak with them. Way overpriced at $165. Area around the hotel is hipster and fun with great restaurants

Las camas muy cómodas, está remodelado, tiene muy buena ubicación para poder aprovechar de recorrer los lugares cercanos a pie y con buena vista, por lo tanto no es tan silencioso por las noches por el ambiente de afuera, para mi NO hubo problema en dormir a pesar del ruido exterior, prefiero el ruido pero estar cerca de todo el ambiente, otro aspecto a considerar sería que el aire acondicionado huele a humedad creo k fue lo único que no me gusto, fuera de ahí yo volvería a ir nuevamente al mismo lugar

The room are too small I couldn’t no fit my suitcases. Also there is a code for both doors room door and main door to access the building. They don’t provide key cards. Breakfast is horrible and is outside from the hotel, in a bar, there is no proper place to place the food and lots of people at the same time trying to serve themselves. Breakfast is messy, and no good the quality of their products is horrible and should to be better for the price they ask for. Location is very close to restaurants, Acropolis, very nice area. In my floor was having construction so some noise come from corridor because people was working on the building. Also I found a watermelon inside de fridge in my check-in. I spent one night only, but for sure I won’t back. For me was waste of money.

Amazingly convenient location and the “Suite, 3 Bedrooms (Acropolis View) L is a penthouse apartment with a private rooftop. Both the rooftop and entire wall of the dining/living room have a wonderful view of the acropolis. Sites are all only steps away. We stayed with two adults and five children and loved it! Must be okay with spiral stairs. Staff also is incredible: so friendly and helpful, and made arrangements for a rental car when we decided to get out of Athens for a day trip. Have fun!

Athens Studio is conveniently located to museum, acropolis etc. The property had mostly younger patrons and they constantly making loud noise during the night. Try to get a good rest at night would be impossible for the 3 nights (June 3 to June 6) we stayed. The property also has major safety issues. Our friend's room got broken into on the second day of our stay. All their luggages were searched , cash, laptop and Nitendo switch were stolen. We reported the incident to the front desk and the staff was not helpful at all. After long negotiation, the hotel staff offered us 85 euro for compensating our losses. On the third day afternoon, our other friend's room got broken into. One of their luggage was locked but got cut opened. Their newly purchased clothes were all stolen and one of her ceramic pot was crashed. We reported to the same hotel staff and she suspected that we shared our door codes among ourselves. She actually accused us for breaking into each other rooms. After a long conversation with the lady staff, she offered us 15 euro to replace our luggage. We will never go back to Athens Studio and will not recommend anyone to stay in this place until the safety issues resolved.

Indeed, there was a robbery and no one said the opposite about this issue and we truly apologised for this unacceptable action, and this is why you got a refund of one night for the stolen items in one of the rooms your family booked. Just for your information, no hotel is ever responsible for any kind of this incedent, however we tried to help in any way we could. As for the staff, the only thing we've said was, if someone was watching you and was aware of your moves. In no way, that meant your family members. Liked the location but there were other well located hotels at similar or better price. What we didn’t like: the elevator was the size of a refrigerator and so slow. The room was okay and the bed was very comfortable., but the balcony was a huge letdown. Long and narrow and overlooking nothing we wanted to see. The shared rooftop view was okay but nothing special. The pictures we saw before booking suggested a nicer balcony and better view. Would not recommend this property.

This hotel is in a great area, walk to the Acropolis only 5-10 min. Our room was quiet even though the area is very lively with many restaurants open late. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some negatives were a challenging process to get into the room. If you arrive after midnight, as we did, the lobby is closed and you have to contact someone through the intercom, they took about 15 minutes to come to let us in. then as our door code was not working, they had to come in again to let us in. overall the process of getting into the room took about an hour, not a great experience at 1 am after a very long trip. The breakfast buffet starts at 8 am, which is also when the Acropolis opens and everybody recommends getting there before 8, so we missed the buffet one of our days. But overall we were pleased with this hotel, being able to stay in a walking distance to many attractions, for a relatively reasonable price.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is 3 minutes walk to Plaka neighborhood with lots of restaurant options, shopping and 4 minutes to the Acropolis and museum, Acropoli metro stop. The hotel is basic (no phone, no TV) but clean and reasonably priced. Beddings were comfortable and the receptionists were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also basic but again it's included so no complaint here. I have to say the A/C is excellent. It was hot and nice to come back to a cool room.

We loved our stay at this property. There were 6 of us traveling, we booked a penthouse and upon arrival we got an upgrade to a penthouse with a private roof top terrace, with amazing views of Acropolis. Staff extremely attentive, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered daily had wonderful options. Very fast internet was a perk. Close by restaurants, shops, bars, metro station made it all very convenient to get around. Few draw backs, which did not really affect our stay but may be considered if you are traveling with someone with disability or elderly, make sure you book a room on a lower level as the elevator is very small ( accommodates just 1-2 people ) and there are a lot of stairs. The area around is on a dirty side, but that is not the hotels fault nor responsibility. Hotel itself is dated but very clean. We would like to suggest stronger light bulbs in the bathrooms and perhaps a shower curtain so that water would not splash all around the bathroom floor. That was little hard to manage as the shower was small. Overall we loved our stay at this place. Thank you

Over priced for the facility, I guess it was peak season and the location was great. Would not stay at this place again for the price I paid

Perfect spot in Athens for a good price. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and could see the acropolis from our balcony which was lovely! Small elevator to get our bags up to top floor easily in the heat. The hostess helped book us a taxi for 3am to the airport. We got a gift card for a free glass of wine at a new wine bar 'Taste' next-door - very nice (Arlos who works there is wonderful). The breakfast was really good, too! We were pleasantly surprised! Nice eggs, toast, pastries, Greek yogurt, fruit, cereal.
