Cool room layout. Door opens to the street which is graffiti and next door to bar. I felt safe and the area is very walkable

near metro station direct from airport and to cruise port. lots of food and shopping. Clean bed and room. Nice staff. NOT 4 star, may be 3. shower curtain too short, water flooding the toilet. Have to ask for cups and kettle.

Close to monasteraki metro, good pricing and close by all attractions making everything walkable, but comes at the cost of loud noise throughout the night, bars ran into 4am. They give you ear plugs near your bed side. Friendly receptionists, more or less clean overall. Leaky shower head making the overhead shower useless. Wine option provides not to my liking but was part of the vip package. Did not use the fitness/sauna wellness that was extra. Would stay again despite flaws.

Great little hotel, close to transport links to the rest of Athens and to the Airport. Close to the Acropolis. Spacious clean room. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Couldn't have asked for more for my short trip.

You won’t sleep.
Place was nice and clean but the location is a problem. Its so loud that we didn’t sleep at all and we we’re staying there during the week so I can only imagine how bad it gets over the weekend. You can hear every single noise and voices from the street plus whoever is staying next to you! Its bad.

Camere spaziose ma un po’ rumorose se sulla strada pr via della movida , lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile . Ok il parcheggio a pochi minuti distante e ottima la posizione in centro . Da rivedere la reception h24 e il servizio vip access (bottiglia di vino già richiesta pena del mio arrivo ) non c’era , sono andati a comprarla è servita calda senza nemmeno un cubetto di ghiaccio

Det bedste ved stedet var at det var centralt men støjen var ekstrem og vi fik ikke lukket et øje. Vær opmærksom på at døren til flere af værelserne åbner direkte ud til gaden

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, but the one major downside was that there was no tea and coffee facility in the room. It was shown in the pictures but I guess those images are old. Even in the common kitchen, there wasn’t any tea or milk, only coffee and sugar were there.

Property was ideally located but why is there a window exposing the washroom/shower to the bed? Also, no free bottle of wine was ever given, even after I asked.

This hotel is perfectly located in Monasteraki with restaurants, bars and shops all within close distance. Located right by the metro station that goes directly to the airport for easy access. Check in was very friendly as well as check out. I had a smaller room which was good enough for sleeping, did get a bit loud at night as there are bars and restaurants just below. Overall despite that for the convenience and location and price would highly recommend.

A lot of bang for your buck!
The location was amazing! Steps away from the metro station, walking distance to Monisteraki and Syntagma square. Very affordable basic accommodation with many great amenities that I didn’t have a chance to use. The main night clerk was especially helpful with anything we needed. Only downside was the neighborhood gets a little noisy late night on the weekends, but it’s in a lively neighborhood so that was expected.We ended up extending 3 nights because we enjoyed staying there and it was so affordable.

Athensotel was an amazing place to stay, 1 minute walk to Monastiraki sq, cafes, shops, bars all really close. Stayed in Loft 4 on the ground floor, fantastic room, clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were great, really helpful and friendly. Was a little noisy at night, but that was to be expected given the location. Would highly recommend.

Habitación agradable, limpia y nuevo. Lo que no nos agrado es que la limpieza de la habitación se realizada cada dos días. El baño, espacioso, con accesorios básicos (shampoo, jabón, secador de pelo) y lo mejor es que no tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. La ubicación perfecta! A pasos de una estación de metro que te lleva directamente al aeropuerto por 9 euros. No cuentan con desayuno, pero al frente del hotel hay una cafetería con unos desayunos exquisitos! Es un barrio bastante movido, si te hospedas en una habitación en dirección hacia la calle escucharas el ruido de las personas, risas, etc

Great location and poor everything else.
The location is perfect. However, I’m afraid this is the only merit of this place. The shower is poorly designed and there’s no separation in levels between the shower and the main room. After we shower, water gets everywhere in the bedroom - yes not just the bathroom but the entire room. Needless to say, it’s a mess. Then the fuse went off in the morning. The safe had no instructions so we got our stuff locked in there. They also didn’t give you any blanket unless you asked for it. That said, it’s an inexpensive place so I guess it is what it is.

Hôtel mal organisé. Ne répond pas aux emails pour réservation du transfert depuis l'aéroport. Il n'y a pas toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil, car ils s'occupent de deux hôtels en même temps et vous pouvez poireauter devant la porte pendant 20 minutes sans aucune explication, aucune affiche et personne qui réponde au téléphone... Environnement extrêmement bruyant. Musique jusqu'à 2h30 du matin un dimanche soir...

Loft sympathique, mais bruyant
Hotel très central bien placé, propre, avec un tres bon accueil. Revees de médaille...Les boules quiès offertes par la direction sont indispensables car le quartier est bruyant et animé jour et nuit. Si la rue est glauque, l'hôtel est très clean. Insonorisation intérieure et extérieure très médiocre..Dommage car les lofts sont plaisants. Expérience positive quand même.

Ok but not great
The hotel is very noisy from inside and outside The bathroom is made of glass with a door that doesn’t close (there’s no lock ok but the door always gets a bit open). So basically if you are in you bed you see whoever is on the toilets….

Hotellin aulan ovi piti todella kovaa melua sulkeutuessaan ja nämä äänet siis kuuluivat huoneeseen asti. Myös kadun hälinä kuului huoneeseen. Huonetta ei saanut pimeäksi; käytävän valot paistoivat huoneeseen (+hätäuloskäynti-kyltti huoneessa oli iso ja valaistu).
