As explained already, there are some stains that cannot be removed despite having used several different cleaning solutions. Regarding the internet, besides checking with our ISP, we personally checked outside your room to ensure that the connection was strong enough and did not notice any issues. Finally, regarding the cleaning service, as stated in our website, we offer cleaning once every 7 days. We do hope that you give us another chance to turn around your recent negative experience.
