Location is amazing, host allowed us to drop our bags while we waited for room to be ready. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was great! Loved the place!

Pretty dirty overall and the hot water only worked for an hour at a time. Very difficult for 6 girls on vacation. Area was also pretty sketchy.

Our stay was pleasant, and the location was amazing! Perfect for all the places we wanted to go see in the city. Breakfast was also amazing!!! They have the BEST honey and yogurt for breakfast. The furniture and decor were outdated and not the best. Also, my husband had to figure out how to get the hot water going. But other than that, I would stay here again.

Bonjour Ne pas louer cette place,endroit mal propre dés moulures complètement détruite et sale les murs sale, on a trouvé des cadavres de coquerelles et des Q-tip sale a terres dans la salles de bain, je peux comprendre que L’endroit est au centre ville mais je pense que cette place dois être refait avant de re louer

The best part of this property is the location, 100m from Monastiraki Metro. The cafe attached to the building makes a wonderful breakfast. The building is old, dirty, and dusty. Only two power points in the entire apartment that were working. There is a kitchenette but no sink to wash have to use the bathroom. This apartment is on the first level under neath the cafe do expect to be awake from 6:30 am. The shower is questionable as the shower head does not work so you have to use the portable shower head which leaks from all faucets and floods the shower. Honestly the photos need to be updated as the look nothing like the actual room. The entire building needs fixing

The pictures online are out of date. The building was dirty. There was no staff. The AC was leaking. Towels had holes in them. There were dirty mops and buckets left out. Do not use this location.

I'm not sure if I have ever loathed (hated) a hotel as much as this. Yes, location was perfect. Two beds. BUT: BLACK MOLD in the bathroom - GROSS and was NOT cleaned even when we complained multiple times; water did not drain so you're soaking your feet in the mold even for 2 minute shower; MULTIPLE large gross cockroaches; MUSTY/MILDEW smell every day; crazy LOUD on Friday night; gross OLD STRINGY towels; hardly any EU plugs; no water in the 'kitchen"... You get the idea..

아침식사는 좋았습니다.바로앞 브런치식당에서 식사할수있어요.객실은 넓지만 테이블위은 청소가 되지않았어요.제일 불편한것은 리셉션직원이 없어서 불편함을 얘기하기가 어려워요.온수가 나오지않아 연락했지만 연락받고온 직원은 온수스위치가 정상인것만 확인하고 20분뒤 온수가나올거라고했지만 결국 나오지않았어요. 다시 연락했을때는 아무도 오지않았어요.우린 한번도 씻지못하고 다음날아침 퇴실했습니다.온수스위치를 손님이 작동시켜야하는 점도 불편하지만 무엇보다 소통이 어려워요.

I would not stay again-bed bugs Pros- airport shuttle was easily arranged, breakfast at the place downstairs was nice. When we arrived we noticed the apartment was lightly cleaned. One bathroom smelled so bad (maybe from the plumbing?) we couldn’t stand to use it. After the first night I noticed some itchy spots. The next day we had more spots and realized there was a bedbug problem. I reached out to the property but have yet to hear back. The shower was very difficult to figure out.

The pictures on Expedia were clearly taken maybe a couple of decades ago when this property was beautiful. I will see if I can attach pictures to show you how it looks now- the holes in the walls, the mold in the shower, unfortunately you can’t get a sense of how bad the room smelled, and we did have to kill a giant roach the first night there. The rooftop garden has been left to fall into decay, dead plants, rusty chairs, wood slats missing in places, the view is nothing pretty to look at, the furniture was mildewy and torn. The good things I can say about this is how helpful the person I was emailing at Concierge Athens was at booking my transport from the cruise ship to the location, and then from there back to the airport. Also, the breakfasts at Brunchers were wonderful.
They don’t want you to flush your toilet paper, but nobody emptied your trash the entire stay.

Property is very central yet in a quiet ally.Metro is just 3 min walkIts a spacious accomodation with all amenities for a comfortable stay.Everything was in great condition (except living room curtains which seems a bit withered)! Overall a great place to stay for a family
