Unfortunately you did n't mention any of your difficulties during your stay at the reception which is always at your disposal to help you.The A/C noise is a matter of correct adjustment, the bathroom is recently renovated and the toilet works perfectly but still we could check it once more during your stay. The lighting in the room is multi-adjustable. Finally, as far as cleanliness is concerned, it is our main priority and it is done with all the applicable hygiene rules, however if you had any complaints you could inform the reception and since Semeli Hotel offers daily cleaning service it is certain that we could satisfy your needs. We are very sorry we did n't not meet your expectations but we are also disappointed that you review us with 1 without giving us the chance to help during your 2 nights stay

Even the photos (which you should have known that in order to take them you should have received our approval, but it's ok for us) that you posted do not show anything of what you describe. You booked two superior rooms in a 2-star hotel, which were given to you, meeting all the specifications / facilities as mentioned in the channel. Despite being fully booked, as soon as you requested a change of room for your own reasons, we immediately served you and gave you another room, which you actually chose before moving to this one! Our hotel provides daily room cleaning at no additional charge and a change of towels every 2 days. Of course, if the customer needs anything extra, we are happy to serve!! Cleanliness is a priority for us! Also, all areas of the hotel are equipped with a professional air freshener. The cabins in the bathrooms work perfectly. The rooms are renovated and the carpets are new and they are cleaned according to all international cleaning standards. Any mark that can be caused by pulling a suitcase-trolley, chair or anything else, is definitely NOT DIRT. In general, we don't understand your comments (about extra charges, about smells, messages written on the wall of the room?). If a 2-star hotel does not meet your requirements, it would be good next time to pay the corresponding money to stay in a 5-star hotel.

There were indeed a few hours of general technical problems early in the morning on 10/06 in the wider area of the center with the water supply, something that is completely understandable that can happen without the fault of the hotel. As it is completely understandable that this creates some difficulties for the customer as well. Your stay was carried out normally from 20:00 pm on 09/06 and without any problem. The problem with the water was some hours in the morning (07:00-10:40am) and that's why we offered the option for a free late check out, something you didn't want. These are things that can happen and it is something that cannot be avoided. It just takes a little understanding. we hope that if you ever find yourself in a similar situation as us through no fault of your own, there will be no one who will judge you as harshly as you did us. Αγαπητή , ευχαριστουμε για το χρονο σας να γράψετε την κριτική σας. οι ντουζιέρες στα δωματια εχουν καμπίνα και δεν μπορούμε να καταλάβουμε πως το νερο βγαινει , εκτος αν την αφήσει καποιος ανοιχτή. Το πατακι που υπάρχει και αλλαζετε καθημερνά ειναι ακριβως για να μην πατατε κατω αν δεν εχετε παντοφλες και επισης παρέχουμε και την δυνατοτητα να προμηθευτειτε παντοφλες σε περίπτωση που δεν εχετε δικιές σας. Τα ντους/μπανια στα οικονομικα δωματια δεν παρέχουν την επιλογη να κρεμιεται η μπαταρια, κατι που αλλωστε δεν αποτελεί βασικη παροχή. Πλαστικές κουρτινες στο δωματιο δεν υπάρχουν εκτος αν εννοείτε τις κουρτινες σκιασης που ειναι απο χοντρο υφασμα και ειναι απαραιτητες για να μην ενοχλεί το φως της ημερας τις ωρες ξεκουρασης. Αν κατι σας δυσκόλεψε στο δωματιο ια επρεπε να το εχετε αναφερει στο φιλικο και παντα προθυμο προσωπικο μας ωστε να το λύσει αμεσα, αλλα δεν ειχαμε καποιο παραπονο απο εσας, αντιθετα παρατείνατε την διαμονη σας και με νεα κρατηση , στο ιδιο δωματιο

The cleanliness, the disinfestation, the new and clean clothes of our hotel are all things that are accompanied by official documents and mainly is our opinion for a complete and correct hospitality.
