Very nice & modern place with very convenient amenities. Hot tub was very nice, the cover was old and water logged, extremely heavy to remove and replace. Couldn’t do it alone. Needs to be replaced for sure. Street can be traffic noisy, not terrible, but it’s there. Beautiful view and there’s a walkable restaurant across the street. Good food. First morning no hot water in the shower but quickly resolved and no issues after. We also had access to a Dr home visit while there, very convenient. Great communication with reception via WhatsApp. Overall, would definitely stay again in this beautiful place!

Very safe, clean, modern suite. Right across the street from the beach club, Nālu restaurant which has good food. We loved the comfort of the unit. Had great communication with Joyce when we needed it. Would absolutely stay here again!

We checked in with ease-Joyce sent me a google map to a nice restaurant nearby and a supermarket. It’s too bad the tram stop was temporarily closed nearby but there was a bus stop right out front that took us downtown and Piraeus with buses every 10 minutes (roughly). The room was super modern and had an amazing view. We could not be happier!

Fabulous modern property. The large windows are great for views, but the surrounding windows on alll sides allows for an overwhelming amount of traffic noise well into the night. Also, the bed badly needs replacing and the pillows as well. Great communication from the property. But sign me as sleepless.

Great stay.

It was a great experience - the property was clean and nice. The decor was smart and modern. The staffs were friendly. It had all the amenities you need for a family stay. The balcony had some great view of the sea too. Taxis were however a bit difficult to avail in the area.

Great modern property

Great clean property as per the images. Staff were helpful. The only issue is the noise from the road. In our apartment it was very noisy despite the very thick double glazing. There was also a very loud occupant playing karaoke on the last night above is, but management eventually handled that issue. Recommend if you are ok with the noise.

Very nice apartment - modern, clean and more than enough space for all of us (4 adults). The picture used for the main listing is a little deceptive - the hot tub is only for the penthouse suite. We did have a nice deck that had a view of the sea however. Dining options are walkable - but for us it was a little over a mile to go to a highly rated restaurant near the marina

High spec apartment and excellent host. Road noise, due to location, is a factor if using outside space and at night but did not detract from stay. Disliked the internal cctv - lounge, bedrooms - which I am sure are disabled when guests are present - but are very disconcerting and should have privacy covers. This alone would stop me staying again, when with my family.

Urban Suites was our first stay for Greece trip. Use WhatsApp, because it made communication with the hotel super easy. Meropi sent a message days before our arrival ensuring we had all our forms and details needed for an easy check-in and they were super quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was simple and quick even for our very late arrival (a simple code). The location was excellent, we had the option to drive or take public transport. Athens center and the Riviera are just a short drive in either direction. We loved that and the beaches across the street. Our suite had everything we needed and the staff were quick to provide when we needed an iron and an ironing board. Our room felt modern with a towel dryer and filled with amenities such as a mini kitchen with all the utensils needed. Plus, dinner spots were a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The only thing that might be a negative for some would be the condition of our room. Some of the mirrors on the table were broken (just for aesthetics) and our room hot tub did leak from the drain. It’s likely an easy fix with the pipes needing a little cleaning. We also had a bathroom window that didn’t lock (it was broken). Additionally, the mention of the road noise could be a concern for some visitors - we however didn’t mind. Other than these things you will not be disappointed. The room we had appears what it appears in the pictures and the customer service was impeccable.
