"The pool was being refurbished, so not in use during our stay. All other facilities were great, breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff extremely friendly and helpful."

"Pleasant enough. Need to look at the cleanliness of the back of the curtains and balcony furniture. The hairdryer had loose wiring so needs to be made safe I obviously did not read the amenities properly and thought breakfast was included and that there was a pool but my mistake so dissapointed .Staff were pleasant and accommodating"

"Hotel was tidy and clean - my only issue was loads of bird poo on the balcony so wasn’t able to access it at all. Staff - very attentive and friendly, we booked 3 days only but found the hotel was great so booked another 2 nights price was great too. Breakfast was very good too few options - cooking station for omelettes and the chef was great and friendly too. Pool is a great size gets a little busy at weekends with regulars but found it was only us in there at times so plenty of space to swim...

"Excellent hotel, we usually stay next door at Lordos but this was a lot cheaper and honestly a lot better. Very clean, breakfast was amazing and the pools are brilliant with the sun beds etc. will be coming back for sure :)"

"Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."

"The first room was awful and very noisy due to water pipes of gushing water from a door in the room. 2nd room much nicer. The reception team were lovely except for one you lady who was very rude and dismissive and just ignored us when we left. Overall ok but after 2 years staying here will try something else next year"
