" L'accueil : le personnel à l'accueil au comptoir est formidable. Service à la clientèle au French Kiss: le personnel opérant au petit-déjeuner nécessite d'apprendre beaucoup sur le service à la clientèle. Doit bien saisir le sens de la devise " le client avant tout". Car sans les clients, l'hôtel ne vaut rien. Un responsable de l'hotel devrait jouer au client mystère afin d'évaluer la prestation de service du personnel et de relever les points à améliorer."

"I didn't expect much from a budget hostel, however there are still things where this hostel can improve. 1. Rooming system (I found my bed was already used by someone else, before I asked for another bed). 2. Maintenance (The luggage bin beneath my bed was broken, couldn't close firmly). 3. Cleanliness (The toilet needed a more periodic cleaning before it stank) 4. Signage (Some people may have difficulty to find the entrance door the first time). "On se demande comment cet hebergement soit toujours ouvert ! Dortoirs incorfortables, salle d eau infecte, odeurs egouts douches, salle commune sent la cigarette, pas accueillante. Le gerant qui se permet le soir entrer dans le dortoir des femmes, sans nous prevenir ! Alors que beaucoup sont en petite tenue, sortie de douche ! Inacceptable. Seule la jeune femme brune à l accueil est super sympathique, polyvalente :menage, accueiil etc..cet hotel devrait fermer !"
