They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. "I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening. "First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). Within 6 min you can walk to the beach, but if you walk down further about 15 min you can get to the main beach that has bathrooms and is near restaurants and the pavilion. There is no ice machine, no housekeeping, also there are many rules like no eating in bed, no drinking in the pool, no using...

"Considering the price I paid for two days, the place really needs a lot of repairs; on top of that, they charge you for everything—even a $10 deposit for the keys, which you don't get back. I feel that, at the very least as a courtesy, they could have coffee or something available for guests in the office. All in all, I won't be booking there again."
