"It’s just not as nice as you want for being in Buckhead, but also it costs a lot less than every other hotel in Buckhead, classic get-what-you-pay-for. Needs a property refresh— the elevator flooring is peeling & busted, hallway carpeting is shedding & stained etc. etc. can hear others plumbing in your room- :/ "

"Not enough closet space. Too much emphasis on over-priced room snacks and drinks. Some in-room amenities were missing (microwave, ironing board) Hotel is ok for a 2-night stay or less. For longer visits, I would consider another property. As a business traveler, I need convenience."

"Front desk not really friendly. Shower in bathroom grates not very clean... not sure how much time they give housekeeping time to clean.. Breakfast options at coffee shop did not look good."

"Overall a great stay! Awesome location with walkable restaurants and shopping. It could have been a tad bit cleaner, especially in the room. But i would definitely reccomend! Large rooms, nice staff."

"The hotel was nice and beautiful but and again i say that BUT, the have a parking where you have to pay and it can go up fron $40 to $120 ,what kind of hotel doesn’t have a parking for their guests and on top of that have to pay ,the vallet parking is not that great they will charge your credit card even if you didn’t ask for the car,but after talking with the vallet parking manager they will refund it to you,the restaurant is good and the buffet was ok just OK ,but the workers at the restaurant were really respectful and was asking if you need something more ,the hospitality was good under than the parking i have to pay nearly $500 in 4 days i will not go back there anytime soon ! "
