Excellent property and amazing value for money. The rooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and having breakfast included was a great bonus. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We actually had to leave a day early, and Mellony at the front desk went out of her way to help us, which was very much appreciated. Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed for the price. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

Very nice place! Plenty of room. Super close to the amphitheater. Would definitely comeback. Loved this check-in gentleman on Friday night. Very helpful and so nice.

The breakfast was good. The coffee pot didn't work. The building has an odor. One elevator broken. Lamp shade deformed and dented. Plastic bag for trash can not inside for use.

The staff were extremely nice. My room didn't come with any towels or linen for the sofa bed, but it was quickly resolved with a call.

There were broken latches and ginormous roaches, beeping smoke detectors, multiple rooms we were switched between because the doors wouldn't work, non working key swipers, non flushable toilets, and kicking us out of the building when we checked out before we could find a safe place to transition to due to my cancer treatment. Will NEVER stay here again. No thank you. The maintenance tech was absolutely the gem to this nightmare.

The main reason I always pick this hotel is that the beds are very comfy. You can tell the shower hasn't been cleaned because there was a lot of hair in it, and the amenities weren't stocked because there wasn't any soap so that I could wash my hands.

Rooms were dirty. Stuff left in frig. Night stand all sticky. Ac unit the top has not been wiped off in a long time. Linens did not smell or look clean stains on the sheets. Comforter on bed all wrinkled. Shower walls cracking. The hall in the lobby going back to elevator dirty and carpet wet buckets trying to catch a leak in ceiling or ac. Place needs some serious maintenance and cleaning. The best part of the whole stay was the breakfast. Would not recommend. I don't know who would give good ratings on this place.

I was double billed. The front desk clerk made a copy of my driver's license when I asked her not to. I asked her if the copy would be destroyed after my stay - she did not know. No shampoo in my room. I got stuck in the elevator. The ice machine was missing.

The hotel location is close to the highway. The conditions of rooms are unacceptable. The first room had dry vomit in the sink and floor was dirty. Took pictures to the lobby and they indicated that that room was not supposed to be available. The second room sofá was damage and room floors dirty. The third room better condition but the carpet was dirty. The worst were the towels, on broken with several holes and other dirty. I check out. Mánager was going to credit with points 3 nights with Choice Points and did not. Money could not be reimbursed because the reservation was done with Expedía (third party) and part of a packege. Also contact Expedia with no success. Be aware and careful. Very upsetting.

Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater! No complaint's. Easy parking. Easy Check-in. Comfortable bed. Breakfast. TV easy to use. No pool is the only thing we missed, but didn't have time anyway. Would stay again!
