    The stay was nice. Clean unit and loved the balcony. Make sure you complete the checkin process BEFORE your arrive. It’s a contactless checking and you will be asked to self identify by submitting your ID and taking a face scan. The you can barely see how to enter the code to the gate so, look close on the black box.

    Upon checking in the first room wasn't clean so they sent us to another room. The second room wasn't cleaned by House keeping either so they finally sent us to another room about 2 hours later. We walked in the third room with had be clean but as soon as we walked in we saw roaches. They didn't do anything about it but send us a text stated that they won't be giving compensation or resolving the issue. It's sad to see such good places go down. My partner have traveled the country and hate to see nice places go down because of actions like these. We traveled to 43 states and there is no way this property is moving in the right direction

    I loved our stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed From Saturday- Monday. Very clean, the hallways smelt clean. It was a gated community therefore it felt really really safe! You couldn’t do anything without the access code. My only issue with our stay was the shower water was very very cold. It was around 40-50 degrees the entire weekend so a cold shower wasn’t very ideal.

    Stayed for 3 nights and only had one towel set. Housekeeping never came even after requesting. Manager was banging on the door and entered my room in anger saying that I don’t have a reservation in his records. Terrible experience. He basically wanted to kick me out.     I came to Atlanta from Montgomery to take my son to the hospital. He ended up staying a week at piedmont and when he was released we just wanted a quiet place to relax. There were several things i really liked about this property. First, the price. For a 1 bedroom rental in downtown Atlanta with a full kitchen and balcony the price was cheaper than some of the 3 star hotels around. The lengths they go to for safety and security are definitely above and beyond. The check in process was so simple, if you can read, you can check in. It was so quiet although there were several guests staying on the same floor. Everybody was very respectful of each other. So after a great night of sleep in a very spacious king bed, I decided I needed to stay one more night before traveling back to Alabama., I emailed the property first to ask if I could just extend my reservation and stay in the same room. Then I remembered I booked thru a third party so I booked again thru the same said third party and the rate was the same and after my reservation was complete I got a message back from the property that I was good where I was and would not have to swap rooms. The cleanliness not just in the room but in the hallways and all over the property was amazing. Shout out to the housekeeping staff at Dorsen., I never write reviews but I was so impressed with this place I had to give them the recognition they earned and deserve. Will most definitely stay here every time I come to Atlanta.

    I really like how safe this complex is and how you need a code to get into the garage. Our room was very spacious with a great view from the balcony. Just wish there was a tv in the bedroom, but no big deal. Very happy!

    Everything on the property was perfect. Its was clean. The only part I didn’t like was the mattress in the pull out couch and in the bed. They were pretty hard and didn’t get a good night sleep. Other than that a great place and location.

    It was so noisy at this location. We could hear entire conversations from the parking lot. as well as sirens and street traffic. The people above us were stomping for hours after we checked in. We couldn’t hear it thru the night but it started early the next morning. There was also no hot water during our stay. It was lukewarm for a moment when we got in the shower at night but got freezing cold within minutes. The next morning, same thing. This stay was not worth the cost per night. I would not return.
