As this is a conference center, the hotel was empty when we were there. Everything was very clean and well presented. When we checked in we were greated by someone in management who was not in a good mood and was particularly gruff with us. We were also surprised by a $29 charge for parking in a location where there was ample space to park a car. But overall, our experience was good.

Room was comfortable and clean, same with the hotel lobby, elevator, and halls. Close proximity to Marietta businesses, restaurants, and very nice to have the City Golf Club of Marietta onsite, especially for the driving range and chipping/ putting greens. The hotel bar and breakfast was excellent and priced reasonably.

The location is as perfect as perfect can be. Aesthetically it’s top-tier. Customer service is stellar. And you may even experience a celebrity sighting, two or three. Morning coffee on the golf course/ porch is beautiful. Oh and the food at the “Pub”, whoa! Chef’s kiss. 😋😙

Staff was great. We checked in at 1am and they were still so nice. Only downside is when we got off the elevator, we were hit immediately in the face with the smell of marijuana. Additionally, the show had zero hot water in it. The sink water was hot, oddly enough. The property itself is stunning.
