My room was dirty with crumbs. It was never properly vacuumed. My comforter had blood stains. When I told the front desk staff, the comforter was replaced with one that had cigarette burns on it. The online ad said there a free daily breakfast, which didn't exist. There was no room service or a functioning restaurant. Rooms were only cleaned once a week.

I want to start by saying, NOONE should EVER stay here. The AC was out so the building was HOT. It smelled of mold, the banquet halls and breakfast area were blocked off with couches and there was a huge floor fan blowing in the lobby. The first room I was in was extremely dirty, stains on the bed and floor and debris on the bathroom countertop. The TV didnt work and neither did the Wi-Fi. I asked for clean linen, because not only where there stains, there were large and long pieces of hair on the pillow and sheets. I was told the room with the linen is locked and I'll have to wait until morning to get new sheets. Also that housekeeping doesnt come until 3 days into my stay, so i'll have to wait 3 days before my room can be cleaned. Due to the refund policy on Expedia, the website said I would be charged in full if i canceled so I was basically forced to stay in this hotel or leave and pay for an additional room for 5 days. I wasnt willing to do that. I expressed I was unhappy with the room, so the man moved me. The new room was worst than the first. The floor, bed, couch and ottoman had large visible stains. There was no refrigerator at all, the desk was broken, the phone did not work, the TV said no signal so i couldn't use it, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent, the bathroom had tissue stuffed into the vent, and the ENTIRE tissue holder came out the wall when I went to pull some tissue off the holder. Thats just night 1. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. I had to sleep on my towel.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, this hotel doesn’t reflect the advertisement. The pools were working, half the first floor is shut off and the manager didn’t want to replenish towels. Not to mention no one never answers the phone to assist with questions.

This property has so much potential due to its size, location and structure. However, it needs to be updated from top to bottom. The rooms are dank, curtains are old and stained, carpet is filthy and musty, sheets have hair and debris. The sofa - oh God don't touch it. I covered it with the dirty mat that was on the bed. I purchased lysol spray, wipes and my own sheets and cleaned the room- just to sleep for a few hours after a long flight then I was out of there! Never again!

This hotel is extremely outdated. There was no AC in the lobby, and the AC in the room kept going off and on (without an auto button either). You made me wait until exactly 3 pm for check-in, and I had to take extra time to inspect the room at checkout. This is a low-class hotel. Bathroom stalls are out of order. This location is in Atlanta, where it is currently HOT, and their pool was out of service!!!! The TV was outdated, with a snowy reception on the limited number of channels available. No extra pillows or blankets available. Had to request an ice bucket for the room, and the ice machine room was ridiculously HOT! Thought the ice would melt before I even got to my room. Overall, the service at this location is subpar and I would not recommend this location to anyone that needs a place to lay your head. It's a cheap motel with a Hotel Branded Name. This wasn't even worth the amount I paid for it!!!!

The staff had an excuse for every issue clients befor me gave and there were plenty complaints. I have photos of dirt blowing out of vents and pee stains on chairs and in the van. Just absolutely abhorrent.

This place is a health hazard!!! I’m not sure what are the regulations for hotels in Georgia but someone from the health department and code enforcement department needs to visit this place. Mold on the bathroom walls, dust covering the tv, stained linen, stained curtains, musty order, out dated carpet, no ventilation in the lobby… DO NOT BE SCAMMED NONE OF THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE SITE!!!!

The worst place ever. We also parked there for 2 weeks. To get that done was monumental. They advertise to pick you up with their shuttle at the airport. They were a no show and we had to pay another shuttle to take us there. They refused to rebate the 15$ we paid while their shuttle burs were parked outside and they admitted they couldn’t pick up people because of another one of their mismanagement problems after advertising they would. Staff very indecisive and poorly trained. Don’t ever have anything to do with this poorly run facility.

This place is very dirty they gave us dirty towels. The hotel has bugs/roaches it was on my daughter’s birthday cake. The hotel smelled like mold.
