The staff were accommodating and helped us switch rooms when there was a plumbing issue. The rooms were suitable for what you pay for. It was a little muggy, but the AC helped with that. I would stay again for the price.

Walking distance to Emory University Hospital was the main appeal. Lots of deferred maintenance, but clean. Tiffany at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Our room was super clean, smelt wonderful and well stocked. Check in and out was easy and flawless! Breakfast to go was thoughtful and plentiful. Excellent choice for walking distance to Emory Hospital or parts of the University.

This is the perfect hotel for guest needing to be close to the hospital (or Emory college) we could walk to the hospital and take naps while doing the rounds of being there for our loved one. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a CVS. No need for a rental car or Ubers. The front desk receptionist was so unbelievably helpful. She even helped me with the bags since we needed to stay at the hospital most of the time. The coffee in the lobby was actually delicious and the chairs and tables outside gave us a nice place to sit and get fresh air every now and then. The room was extremely spacious. The ice machine was getting repaired on our visit but it was fine, since we had a mini fridge. Even though we were there for a tragic event, the staff and hotel made us feel very much at home. Thank you!

This hotel requires a min age of 21 to check in. Is not clear in the Expedia description. This is hotel right next to a university. You would think this would be more important than pointing out the weight limitation for a pet is 40lbs.

The attendant on duty was very helpful. Friendly and informative. The only negative was the refrigerator freezer, while working, was in dire need of defrosting. Otherwise everything was great! Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were really kind and helpful. I would like to acknowledge that first. The rooms were big and clean. My mom and stepdad enjoyed the breakfast a lot. But outside the rooms, there were large bugs. I would encourage you to sweep up the dead bugs outside the rooms daily. The rooms also have a mildewy smell. However for the cost, this hotel is a decent option.

Great stay overnight for an early appointment at Emory. Breakfast is grab & go, parking was 7.50 a night, no covered unloading zone in the event of rain, & no elevator so you must be able to carry your bags upstairs. No complaints at all with this stay but definitely a few things you certainly want to know before you go.

Did not clean either of our two rooms for two days. We had not declined cleaning. They just didn’t do it. Small insect invasion after first nite. A 100 or so. Mainly on bathroom sink. On leaving we notified hotel. Hopefully they got an exterminator for this.

The location is great if you're visiting campus. The staff was friendly and available for questions. The pool is not in working order and hasn't been for years. The rooms are very dated and have an older smell but again, they were clean.
