"I loved everything about the hotel and my visit. My onl;y take away is give people an option to not use your staff for everything. If i would like to take my bags to my own room with a hotel cart, I should be giving that option. I was told only the employees could use the cart. Other than that it was a great World Cup experience."

"Shuttle service to Braves Stadium needs work. After the game it took over an hours wait and we’re were on the 4th run at 11:00 pm. We call to the hotel at 10:04 but due to the volume of riders we finally left the Stadium at 11:00!!!!"

"Stayed here for a quick staycation with my partner. The property was reasonably priced, but the room maintenance has definitely been let go—the paint was peeling from the ceiling, the carpet was soiled, and the pool area had a pretty terrible paint job.
BUT the staff were absolutely wonderful! The rooftop bar was a massive highlight—it has amazing views of the Hartsfield-Jackson landing strip, great food and drinks, and a DJ playing. Breakfast at The Apron was also delicious.

"Absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect holiday. Rated the staff 4 because I called to ask if I could do an early check in and the staff on the phone was nice and sweet and even agreed that I could and never mentioned a fee. When I got to the hotel, the staff there had an attitude and insisted I was gonna pay a fee for that even though it was only one hour away from the actual check-in time. Was really sad because I had a long drive and I just wanted to go in and relax!"

"I can't leave a good review because after we checked in at 730 PM we found out elevator was down. The check in people did not tell us, we heard it from other people staying there. I broke my foot 3 days before Sat night and there was no way wI could climb the stairs. They said the elevator would not be long but come to find out the elevator guy was not even there yet. It was after 10 PM when we got in our room. Not one employee offered us anything, came to see if we ok or come to give us any...
