The tv didnt work most of the time we were there. The floor was dirty. (We spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. We didnt have much interaction with them.
