"The room would not get cool and we had a terrible sleep. The next morning when checking out I advised them of this and they said that a manager would contact me back. The next day, I hadn’t heard back, so I called. I was told again that a manager would call me back. That was five days ago and no one has reached out."

"We like to stay at this property for the Beach access: from the bed, to the beach, and then for breakfast! Very convenient, rooms are clean and quiet."

"Great place to stay! Very clean and friendly staff and accommodations! Very safe area and close to many good restaurants and grocery stores! Added bonus is the pool with 4 cabanas and a nice lawn area for the furry pets! Very affordable price!!!"

"I like staying at this hotel, the price is reasonable, it's in a convenient location for me, menu breakfast during the week in the lobby, bar area, buffet breakfast on the weekends. The breakfasts are the closest you will get to homemade, delicious. Ask for Juliette she does a great job in the morning with breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby area in the morning until around 11am. The pool was great place to relax or have some with your family. I had a great stay again."

"I love it…. Quiet, clean, renovated tastefully, there is parking in the back with a private entrance to the unit, the beach is 2 blocks away, easy walk, nice quiet beach, chairs, umbrellas provided by hotel… I am going back!"

"I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."
