Ocean Casino Resort
The bathroom was not cleaned. I had to clean it myself. There were 2 bars of dirty soap left in the shower. Also there was urine on the toilet seat and you could tell the floor wasn’t swept.

Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship
The room is not updated and doesn't match upgrades made to lobby. Shower had terrible water pressure and water not hot enough. Terrible tub drainage. Front desk not 24 hours. 1 vending machine and it did not work with debit card. Very far from main Atlantic city casinos. Not worth the price.

Tropicana Atlantic City – A Caesars Rewards Destination
The stay was terrible, someone stole my Gucci bag in my car in the parking, and the first room I checked in was so dirty and smell I had to switch room right away I will never go back there again

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Only the online concierge was faulty. It told mea live rep would be with me momentarily before minute and it didn’t respond until the next morning.

It's the hotel itself. The elvators were broke, only 2 out of 6 were working..We were with 3 kids waiting and waiting to see if rooms were ready.
